Once you have completed your membership registration form, and paid your once only subscription fee, all your data will be transferred into our searchable database and uploaded to the Aesclepius International Speakers Forum Web Site.

The Aesclepius International Speakers Forum Web Site will be extensively promoted throughout all the major search engines - and hundreds of minor ones - and directly - via emails - to companies - both large and small - all of whom have been identified as being in need of the kind of Speakers which we shall be able to recommend.

Only the location of each member will be shown on the website. Complete privacy will be afforded to each and every member.

Companies who wish to contract the services of a speaker member will do so via our Head Office in the US - or our European Office in London - and we shall email - or telephone - the speaker member - the full details of the proposed contract, including the suggested date(s) and the fee and expenses to be paid as soon as possible thereafter.

Should the client company wish for further information about the speaker member we shall ask for this material to be sent to the appropriate Forum Office as speedily as is practicable.

Once the contract has been agreed we shall arrange for both the speaker member and the client company to sign. At this point we shall provide the client company with the speaker member's snail mail address, telephone number and email address!

All fees and expenses will be paid by the client company to the Aesclepius International Speakers Forum seven full days in advance of the contracted date(s) taking effect, and this fee, less 15% commission retainable by the Aesclepius International Speakers Forum, will be paid to the Speaker Member within forty-eight hours of the contract being fulfilled.

The Aesclepius International Speakers Forum expect the highest standard of integrity and ethics from each speaker member and any member found not to be acting in accordance with these standards will be automatically disenfranchised.

The Aesclepius International Speakers Forum will also interview prospective clients before issuing any personal information about any speaker member - and any client company which does not meet our criteria will be politely turned away.

We feel that this policy will in the best interests of every speaker member - and will afford great protection from any possible future discord.

Membership of the Aesclepius International Speakers Forum costs a one-time enrolment fee of $50.
